Pastor Scott Corwin Scott has been active in ministry since 1989 serving in churches in the USA and the International Baptist Church in Zürich, Switzerland. He has been serving at the IBC Berlin since July 2008.

Members of the Leadership Council Klaus Ziegler Nathaniel Thomas The Leadership Council of the church is responsible for the spiritual oversight and strategic initiative of the church. The Leadership Council works under the direction of and in harmony with the Pastor who guides and assists the Leadership Council in their shared responsibility of the pastoral leadership of the church with a special focus on ministries of guiding, teaching, and protecting the church.

The Deacon Council works under the direction of and in harmony with the Pastor who guides and assists them in fulfilling their shared responsibility of the pastoral ministry of the church with a special focus on ministries of care, benevolence, and support.

Treasurer Mathias Lehmann The treasurer keeps track of the financial records and transactions of the church.
